When an appointment is completed, the customer's points balance is updated immediately — either per visit or per dollar spent, based on your preference.
Step 2
Balance notification sent
The customer receives a message with their updated balance and how many points they need for their next reward: 'You earned 10 points. 85 total — 15 away from a free cut.'
Step 3
Reward redemption tracked
When a customer reaches a reward threshold, they're notified and given a code or instruction to redeem. The system marks it used and resets their counter.
Step 4
Tier upgrades (optional)
Set Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers with different reward rates. Higher tiers get better rewards — incentivizing more frequent visits.
